The lovely farmhouse appartment, which has been renovated recently to retain the original beams & exposed stonework, is comfortable & spacious. It can sleep up to 6 people in the two L- shaped bedrooms which have a double and a single bed in each. Both the rooms also have en-suite facilites. All linen & towels are provided.
The living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen/dining area with table, chairs, dresser, fridge, cooker (gas), toaster, microwave, electric kettle & a full complement of saucepans, china and cutlery.
The living area has a sofa, coffee table, fireplace & television (with UK Sky). There is a washing machine in the ground floor laundry room & garden table, chairs & BBQ for use in the garden or on the terrace for those balmy summer evenings.
The apartment has central heating throughout & is suitable for holidays & short breaks throughout the year.

This property is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing countryside holiday, yet within easy reach of both the airports of Poitiers & Limoges & close to wealth of tourist attactions including the renowned 'Circuit de Val de Vienne' motor racing circuit. Within a few paces of the farmhouse there is a network of walks & bike rides on the ' D'oc D'oyle ' (the old North to South footpath). There is certainly lots to do to please the whole family.
