This beautiful wooden chalet sits in c. 6700 m2 of mature gardens, fields and woods in the Nature Conservation area of Vezins, in Lower Normandy.
Set in a quiet, tranquil area, the property contains two fields (one with a shelter) that can be used for horses or donkeys, and/or can be harvested for hay. There is also a small “guest cabin” that sleeps two, and
a Boules pitch with stone barbeque next to it. Near the smaller cabin is an ample parking and/or camping area for guests, through a private gate.
The front door of the main cabin opens onto a south-facing raised deck of c. 25m2. The main cabin has a fitted kitchen with gas hob and oven, gas water heater and telephone. There is a double
bedroom/sitting room, plus a bathroom with modern shower, hand basin and toilet. A rear barn-type door opens to the gardens at the side and back of the cabin.
A small 4-berth Caravan sits in the rear garden. It can be connected to the cabin electric supply (including electric heating) and so is perfect for unexpected guests. There is also a wooden garden-shed at the
bottom of the garden.
