The cabin is supplied with mains water and electricity plus complete Septic Tank (recently approved by the authorities) sewage system. This property is ideal for a long summer residence.
The market towns of Ducey and St. Hilaire du Harcouet are 7 km away, Dinard/ St. Malo Airport is c. 40 mins away, and the ferry ports of Caen and St. Malo are c. 1.5 hrs drive. The Bay of Mont St.

Michael and the coastline beaches are c. 20 mins drive.The English-owned and well reputed “Auberge du Lac” restaurant/bar is only a 5 min drive away. Asking price is 45,000 Euros. Using Google Earth,

the roof of the cabin is at: 48 34’42.39”N 01 13’07.87”W . Can fly cheaply to Dinard/St. Malo with Ryanair (then 40 min drive)
