Two log cabins set in private woodland fully equipped with private pool. The cabins can sleep 2 people each with parking outside the cabins. They are situated in the midst of Cathar country near Carcassonne with many castles, abbeys and medival cities to visit.
The cabins are secluded (each 25m2 area with 12m2 balcony, set 20m apart) with lovely views overlooking the valley. Each log chalet is furnished equipped with kitchen/dining c/w new 6KW wood burning stove to keep you snug (small charge for wood), bedroom and shower room. Satellite TV and broadband internet. Facilities include swimming pool and bicycles.
Nearby amenities include Canal du Midi, walking routes, tennis courts/boulangerie/supermarket. Can pick up from Carcassonne international (RYANAIR) airport (20mins) if required. Local attractions include world famous Carcassonne Castle, Montolieu (village of books) and the Montagne Noir National Park. 1 hour to Narbonne beach and 1 hour 30mins to the Pyrenees.
We are an English family living in an old millhouse. Pets welcome as we have 2 labrador dogs, 3 cats and 3 horses. |
